1. Purpose
This policy describes acceptable use of HSP Support CMS, the help desk portal, workspace tools, and related support services on hstockplus.net.
2. Authorized use
Use the support CMS only for legitimate customer support, billing inquiries, account assistance, documentation access, and policy reports within approved workspaces.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform for fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, malware distribution, spam, or attempts to bypass security controls.
4. Workspace responsibility
Approved workspaces are responsible for how their staff and integrated systems use support portal access, OAuth-style application configuration, and ticket data.
5. Abuse reporting
Report suspected misuse to [email protected] with relevant details so the team can review the report.
6. Enforcement
We may restrict, suspend, or revoke access when use violates this policy, applicable law, or published terms.
